Macerator Pump

Application of Macerator Pump can be noticed in marine arena, petrochemical processing, ship building and chemical industries. It uses push and pull controlled rubber membrane that works on the principle of air displacement technique. Equipped with pneumatic motor, this system can be used under burst prone working environment. This pump can efficiently transfer contaminated fluids, viscous liquid, flammable and corrosive substances. Specially designed joint sections of this pump help it to maintain uniform sealing pressure under critical condition. Components like ball seat, ball and diaphragm of this equipment have long working life.  Acrylic coated aluminum or stainless steel or cast iron made Macerator Pump consists of aluminum or stainless steel air valve that has pp made seat. It uses viton or neoprene or santoprene fabricated diaphragm. Ball part of its valve is made of 304/316 grade stainless steel with corrosion proof coating. 

1) In mining industry, this pump is used to transfer slurry or wastewater.

2) Driven by electricity, its operating cost is less.
