Application of this Barrel Emptying System can be noticed in bio fuel, automotive and energy generation industries. Offered single stage pump is capable of handling high viscosity content of fully loaded barrels. This type of pump is basically a type of volumetric conveying pumping system that has low downtime. Offered Barrel Emptying System is capable of handling maximum 200 liters of barrels that contain shear sensitive, lump filled and abrasive substances. Speed of emptying of this machine can be adjusted as per production needs. Its pulsation free emptying mechanism reduces its operation duration. Application:

The NBE 20 twin is used to empty barrels filled with Betaseal 1965 and feed our dispenser continuously with material. Betaseal 1965 is a one-component bonding compound with excellent paint adhesion which is primarily developed in co-operation with the automobile manufacturers.
- In this case our dispenser applies a bead onto two different profiles with a length of 1000 mm. Therefore it's necessary to guarantee a bead width of 1 mm for the smaller part and 5 mm for the bigger part. The big advantage for the customer is, that both areas can be covered with just one dispenser.
